Privacy Policy
This policy describes how lighthousepaper.eu handles data from visitors. Last updated: May 2026.
1. Data Controller
The operator of this website is Lighthouse Paper, Warsaw, Poland. Contact: contact@lighthousepaper.eu.
2. What Data Is Collected
This website does not use analytics tracking scripts, advertising networks, or user accounts. The only data processed is:
- Server access logs — IP address, browser type, page requested, timestamp. Retained for up to 30 days for security purposes.
- Contact form submissions — name, email address, optional phone number, and message text. Submitted data is not stored on the server; it is received by email only.
- Cookie preference — stored locally in your browser via
localStorage. No data is transmitted to the server from this preference.
3. Cookies
This site does not set third-party tracking cookies. The only browser storage used is a localStorage key (lhp_cookie) that records whether you accepted or rejected the cookie notice. This is cleared when you clear browser data.
4. Legal Basis
Processing of contact form data is based on the legitimate interest of responding to an inquiry (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). Server logs are retained for security under the same basis.
5. Your Rights
Under GDPR, you have the right to access, rectify, or erase personal data held about you. To exercise these rights, contact contact@lighthousepaper.eu. You may also lodge a complaint with the Polish Data Protection Office (UODO) at uodo.gov.pl.
6. Third-Party Services
This site loads fonts from Google Fonts (fonts.googleapis.com). Google's own privacy policy applies to that request. No other third-party services are loaded.
7. Changes to This Policy
Updates to this policy will be reflected by a revised date at the top of this page.
